Wish I could offer info on the nike + but I don't have a clue. had the Garmin 201 but it is being punished for not working correctly and is now under my bathroom sink.

Oh right! I remember your issues with the Garmin!! Well, under the bathroom sink is as good a place as any to punish unruly gadgets!

I'll be honest, until I started reading your blogs, I didn't even know that people used garmin for anything besides as a car navigation system.
The only reason I know a bit about the NIKE+ is because the RUNNYC running group has pushed it so much over the last year and a half.
Well, I don't even own one but I signed up for the challenge tonight at run club. I think they let us borrow the ipod chip.
I'll keep ya posted on how this shapes up. They talked about the challenge a lot tonight and it sounds like it's going to be pretty fun.
