Yesterday's Training: 5miles!! .. and then literally hours and hours of dancing into the morning :) My legs and abs were on fire this morning from it. ha! I'm serious!

Tuesday: AM: Swim - Workout TBD
Wednesday: PM: Bridge Runners Run- HAPPY BIRTHDAY BROOKLYN BRIDGE - 5miles
Thursday: PM: Bike - 15-20miles
Friday: AM: Swim - Workout TBD - traveling to VA after work!! :)
Saturday: Virgina is for LOVERS!! Happy Memorial Day (Weekend) Run/Swim - TBD
Sunday: VA - Off
Monday: VA - Run: 35mins
Tuesday: Back to NYC - Swim- Workout TBD
